Historic Hoskins District

(Approximately 50 Buildings)

The Hoskins District represents a unique era in Anaheim and Orange County History. The homes were primarily built immediately after WWII, in more classical cottage and ranch styles. These houses predate the tract-housing boom of the 1950s, the atomic ranches, and all the new development that Disneyland attracted. The neighborhood found the sweet spot of more modern styles, but not quite cookie-cutter tracts. (2020)
