PCH Water Tower House
Perhaps the most ingenious reuse of an existing structure in all of Orange County, this formerly industrial water tower from the 19th century was converted into a home. A garage sits at street level, at the base of the pillars holding up the tower. A staircase weaves itself up to the round structure. Here, the former water tank has been outfitted to include three level of living space, and endless windows to maximize the unimpeded, oceanfront views. (2018)
