Built with a central hall, and two flanking halls, this rendition of Millard Sheets’ well-known mausoleum style of modernism holds a commanding presence on its street corner. The setback entryway of black tile stands in stark counter to the creamy coloring of the rest of the building. The mosaic above the main entrance depicts home building, industry, and some of early history of Santa Ana. (2018)
