Continuing William Pereira’s penchant for tiered, pyramid structures (see Chet Holifield Building and Geisel Library, et. al), this office building is equally prominent. Only five (5) stories tall, the building appears much larger thanks to the inverted pyramid shape, and the copious amounts of windows separated by bands of white concrete. Altogether, the materiality and airy nature of the building lends itself well to its coastal locale. (2021)
