Fairhills Eichler Tract

Famed developer Joseph Eichler built three neighborhoods in Orange County (all in the city of Orange) in his customary midcentury modern ranch style. Similar to those designed and built by his counterpart Cliff May, Eichler’s homes blurred the line between indoors and out. The Fairhills Tract of Eichler houses is arguably the most exclusive Eichler neighborhood in the county. Homes here are a little more secluded in the foothills of Orange County, helping create backyards that are more oasis than yard. (2017)
