(1901 Westcliff Drive)

If a building were to combine every design element of the classic Neutra, this would be that building. Individual buildings are connected by covered walkways, leaving interior courtyard spaces to feature mature trees, zen garden-like planters, and a reflection pool. Wings and columns articulate the low-lying, flat-roofed buildings. Windows are perched just underneath the roofline, and often stretch all the way to the corner. (2017)
